Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Cape Canaveral, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:
The Manufacturing Estimator is responsible for reading and interpretation of customer supplied 2-D drawings, sketches, CAD models and specifications and providing customer quotes using the data provided.
  • Generation of detailed work instructions, job travelers, and other planning documents.
  • Assist in the generation of customer quotes using ERP system. This includes reading and interpretation of customer supplied 2-D drawings, sketches, CAD models and specifications.
  • Generation of bill of materials from customer supplied engineering.
  • Adhere to all Quality Management Systems standards and procedures.


Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $40 - $45/hour

Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Job Requirements
Here's what you'll need:
  • 5 years' manufacturing experience with using ERP systems, and estimating or quoting in a production environment.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Thorough understanding of GD&T
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, specifically fabrication practices required in the production of aerospace parts.
Here's what sets you apart from other candidates:
  • Background in aerospace or manufacturing in a production environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
  • Experience working with CAD models, applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services is preferred.
  • Ability to adequately consult with management, engineers, clients, vendors, personnel in other departments to support production.
  • Able to determine the kinds of tools and equipment needed to support production.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
