Job Description
Position Title: Accounts Payable
Wage: $18-$20/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
QPS Employment Group is hiring for an Accounts Payable role for a company in Springfield, MO. This is an associate to hire opportunity.
Accounts Payable Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process all vendor invoices/credits and other vendor requests
- Sort mail, review invoices to check for billing addresses
- Check for proper documentation and approvals, log errors
- Verify invoices against quantity received, compare prices to purchase orders
- Obtain missing W-9 forms and vendor agreements and ensure all invoices are processed for payment
- Ensure credits are processed timely, contact vendors, code invoices, scan invoices timely, and prepare check runs according to schedules
- Close expenses, help with monthly reports, prepare bank documents, resolve customer complaints and issues
Accounts Payable Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office functions, Dynamics 365 experience preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
