Duties & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate high risk merchant applications to confidently make credit recommendations.

• Define, execute and document processes and reports for all merchant credit application functions.

• Automate merchant decision processes in order to proactively mitigate merchant account losses.

• Work closely with Merchant Success and Support teams to resolve merchant risk issues and provide guidance on overall risk tolerance and policy.
