ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with customers and internal Business owners to Identify and understand complex business problems of retailer and supplier customers in areas like sales, supply chain, and category management.
• Define reporting and visualizations to answer business problems
• Own and drive reporting strategy with respect to:
• Product and report migrations
• Report Standardization & Scalability
• Continuous Improvement
• Leading an agile team, including:
• Facilitating requirements gathering with internal and external customers
• Driving estimates of complex reporting and application projects
• Ensuring high quality designs and development of reports/applications particularly in multiple visualization tools, including, but not limited to, IRI's Unify, Power BI, MS Excel (VBA), and any other proprietary tools
• Actively participating in daily/weekly meetings
• Potentially manage a high performing, global team, including regular touchpoints, feedback and annual reviews

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Engineering or Computer Science)
• 5+ years' experience in a product or project management capacity within the CPG and/or Retail industries
• Experience managing a global team preferred
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM/Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize changing objectives and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects
• Team-player, positive attitude and flexible
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel, Power BI
